Additional information
More detailed information on how to use the BlueVIBE® GTV can be found at www.GOgroove.com in the Product Support section.
Connecting the transmitter
The transmitter can be connected to any device with 3.5mm AUX or RCA audio output. Plug the transmitter via 3.5mm AUX cable or 3.5mm AUX to RCA cable into your device’s audio output source. Make sure that you are connecting to the correct audio output ports typically labeled with words such as AUDIO OUT, RCA OUT, ANALOG AUDIO OUT, OUTPUT or HEADPHONES. You will NOT get any sound by connecting the transmitter to ports labeled AV1, AV2, or INPUT.
NOTE: You may need to connect directly to a cable box or media player to get sound.
Connect the headset by pressing and holding the headset power button for 3 seconds. When on, the headset LED indicator will be blue. To power off the headset, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Depending on your device or audio output, volume settings may differ. If controllable, keep your output volume at 90% on your device and adjust the headset using the volume buttons. Use the mute button on the headset to turn off sound temporarily.
NOTE: You may need to adjust your television audio settings or plug the transmitter into an alternate audio output to disable the TV’s built-in speaker audio.
Best sound practices
Only use the provided power adapters for best sound transmission. Place transmitter in area with clear line of sight to your listening position. Do not place behind TV. Avoid placing on or close to metal objects, concrete walls or other obstructions. Make sure transmitter audio is connected to your TV’s headphone port or RCA OUT ports. Check your TV’s manual for available ports and audio settings.
Charge the headphones 100% before use. Disconnect headset from charger once charged or during use. Headset will reach optimal runtime after several cycles of fully charging and discharging the headset. Keep your TV at 80-90% volume for best sound transmission. Adjust volume on the headset.
Allow 8 hours total playtime to wear-in headset drivers for best sound.
