SWITCH ON

Press and hold Play/Pause button for 2 seconds.

SWITCH OFF

Press and hold Play/Pause button for 2 seconds.

CONNECTING TO A BLUETOOTH ENABLED SOUND SOURCE

Follow these instructions when pairing your headset with a sound source (smartphone, tablet or computer) for the first time.

1. Activate Bluetooth on your sound source according to its user manual.

When your headset has entered into pairing mode the LED indicator will blink blue and the headset will beep 2 times.

When your headset has successfully connected with a sound source, the LED indicator will blink white and the headset will beep 1 time.

2. If your headset is powered off: Press and hold the Play/Pause button for
5 seconds.

If your headset is powered on: Turn it off, then press and hold the Play/Pause button for 5 seconds.

After initial paring, the two devices will auto-connect when they are switched on and within range of each other (≤ 10 meters).

CHARGING

Plug your headset into a USB power source using the micro USB cable. The LED indicator light is red while the headset is charging, and white when fully charged.

HOW TO PUT THE HEADSET ON

  1. Hold the Left ear hook in your left hand and the Right ear hook in your right hand (see markings on earbuds).
  2. Place the headset behind your head with the buttons facing outwards.
  3. Place the ear hooks behind your ears.
  4. Secure the earbuds inside your ears. It may help to gently stretch your earlobes outwards.

CONTROLS

The headset has 3 buttons that let you play/pause music, pick up calls, adjust volume, and skip tracks.

BATTERY INDICATION

See how much battery charge is left by pressing both volume buttons at the same time. Hold down for 2 seconds to activate the indicator. Release to stop indicator.

  • Approx. 0-40% = Quick red flashes from the LED Indicator, and a quick beeping sound.
  • Approx. 40-100% = Slow white flashes from the LED Indicator, and a slow beeping sound.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Not powering on

Charge your headset using the USB cable. Make sure your headset is off before attempting to turn it on.

Not charging

Make sure the USB power source is switched on. The LED indicator is red while charging and white when fully charged.

Not pairing

Move the devices closer to each other and away from any interference or obstruction. Make sure the headset is not already connected to a different sound source. Disable, then enable the Bluetooth communication on the sound source.

No sound

Make sure the headset is on and connected. Make sure the sound source is playing.

Poor sound quality

Move the devices closer to each other and away from any interference or obstruction.

Resetting your headset

If problems remain, try resetting your headset by pressing all three buttons (On/Off, Plus, and Minus) at the same time.
